Laura grew up in the long grass of Delhaven, Nova Scotia with the Minas Basin across the street and the mountain at her back. She spent her formative years learning how to photograph in Montréal and has lived in several of America’s greatest cities, including New York and New Orleans. Currently she lives in Cambridge, MA and is working on a series of family portraits and a photo essay on Pre and Post-Katrina New Orleans.
